Analysis:

Through discussions with senior management, analyzing the business’ statistical performance, and by carrying out detailed observations in all the different areas of the organization, we can determine if the possibility of improvement exists, in what areas and the level of potential. The results of this analysis are then presented to the client’s senior management and from there; the scope and approach of our consulting proposition will be mutually negotiated.

Installation:

It is the successful combination of four core disciplines: Process Optimization, Costs Assessment, People Solutions and Implementation. The Installation combines the use of proprietary techniques of basic management concepts and tools, designed to accelerate the pace of change through our consulting intervention, in partnership with our client’s staff culminating with the achievement of the intended financial benefits.

Implementation:

By developing and implementing Operational Control Systems, we will be able to monitor the impact of the installation and its influence within the entire operation, determining if the actions taken are leading us to achieve our expected and proposed goals. This aspect of the installation contributes to providing the means and adequate environment to achieve the embedment of the attained progress, typically utilizing the existing business’ resources.

Maintenance:

We ensure ongoing satisfaction of the whole consulting process. Through weekly client meetings, discussing approvals of work done, reviewing the critical aspects of the consulting intervention, the strategies approach sensitive areas of improvement and evaluate the installation’s achievements. It is during this same process that we will establish or redefine the scope of our methodology, identifying other areas that might require further consideration or alternative approaches.

In other words, you only pay a 1/3 of the obtained annualized financial benefits for our services. These benefits would be the outcome of: increase of revenue, cost reduction, productivity growth or efficiency enhancement during the time frame of our consulting intervention.

Typically we approach a potential project performing a one-week analysis, also at no cost or further obligation, in which we will have the opportunity to determine if the potential for improving your business operational performance is a plausible and doable prospect. Furthermore, the results of this preliminary analysis will give you the opportunity to objectively decide if hiring our services would be in your business’ best interest.
