I am proud to announce that our joint project, which we finished today, more than exceeded my personal expectations and the originally set targets. Many quantifiable aspects of our operations have been improved in the course of the seven-month project. We have managed to increase the productivity of the bartenders and wait staff by more than 20%. A new scheduling and programming system has been installed in order to improve utilization of the human resources, reduce unproductive time and optimize our inventory levels.
